I use a Grecell t-1000 power station to power my subwoofer.
Even though I have my amp/pre/dac on a dedicated circuit, I noticed that plugging the subwoofer (and for testing purposes I instead plugged a class AB amp) in another outlet in the room still caused a slight change in the sound, even when there was no bass content.
Not a huge difference, but I prefer using the power station.
