I am sure U are correct but the picture quality is good enough that I would rather spend the money elsewhere.It also made a huge difference for the better when I had the monitor professionaly calibrated by ISF. Adjusting the gray scale temperature to where it should be makes all the difference in the world.
Maybe someday I will buy an HDTV but I'm in no hurry.
