HowdyWe went to the local foam store and bought some 56" x 20" sheets of black closed cell acoustic foam for about $15 (the more compliant of the two kinds laying around in that store). I cut it to be about 1/4" smaller on each side than the granite blocks. It makes a big difference and is certainly cheaper, easier to set up and (slightly) thinner in height than the Nimbus pucks. I like it enough that we didn't try the other neoprene washers, etc. that we bought :)
