Are there any chemical matter like hydrochloric or sulfuric acid can be used to break down the coated oxide? The problem with acids are they may erode the metal pins at the same time and operating of them are very dangerous. I know some tube dealers decompose oxide by electrolyzing. It may be the best way (both efficient and resultful to refurbish tube pins. Any ideas of these?
