Re: 30W per channel (300B) to drive 81db LS3/5A?

That should be about as much power as the LS3/5a can manage, so you're fine there. Unfortunately, the LS3/5a doesn't have much bass to begin with, but the 300Bs should be able to provide you with as much the speaker will allow.
