Im always under the assumption that people have this knowledge and I should realize different but you might want to call Rogue and describe the problem to them and they might say yes we have seen that problem its resistor R115 or capacitor c12 or whatver..I have had this problem on an audio research d90b and it was a regulator transistor that had collector to emitter leakage but this could be a problem while the unit is on and the B+ is too high but dont take it to a ma and pa shop.Take it to someone that knows tube gear even if you have to send it back to the factory.
