I owned NOS Genelex Gold Monarch KT88 (identical to Gold Lion KT88, but marketed for the US), and I preferred the stock VAC KT88 tubes that came with my VAC Phi 110/110 amp that are made by Shuguang. More extension and a more lifelike musical presentation.No joke.
