Jeff, subsequent to my post below, I did a quick search. It seems the OTK is a quality label, presumably used in Russia and the Logo on the tube shown in your picture (a pentagon) indicates that it is Russian NOS manufactured by Novosibirsk. I also have some of these (exactly as shown) and they great sounding tubes. You can buy these for only a few dollars but they are not Sovtek despite the similarities ... at least from the information I have been able to find. I stand to be corrected and would like to be if someone can shed more light on the subject.Regards,
