I'm currently using the stock EH 6922's that came with my preamp. I like their punch and deep tight bass but find them a little crunchy on top. (I'm using Magnepan true ribbons which really telegraph this). I'm looking for a detailed sound without harshness. Any thoughts? Mullards, Tungsrams???
