Not to pick nits, but the 6SL7 is not an octal 12AX7. The 6SL7 has 30% lower mu.Also, the 12AU7 is not exactly the equal to the 6SN7, the miniature equivalent of the 6SN7 is the 6CG7/6FQ7.
