Good 12AX7 driver for 6CA7's ?

Any ideas on a 12AX7 driver that's a good match for 6CA7 power tubes?
Looking for a 12AX7 with thick lush mids (still needs nice top extension,and good bass,just more mid accent). The 6CA7's have great clarity,snap, tight bass, but don't have the lush mids of a EL34. I just swapped from EL34's and really liked the increased clarity from the 6CA7's, but I'm missing some of the midrange. Tried a telefunken, but not enough mids. Listening to Raytheon right now, not bad at all,but still needs work.
