Best circuit for EL84 PP amp?

I just picked up some nice OPTs for an EL84 amp. They are 5000 ohms primary, 15W rated. Assuming I was going to use a "classic" design and all tube circuitry what is regarded as the best circuit for an EL84 power amp? I don't mind if this is a clone from a vintage amp or a totally new circuit.

Suggestions please. (Schematics or links appreciated.)

PS Is there another tube I should use for output? I am sure the 6RA8 would be good if I went triode but they are impossible to obtain. Anything else recommended? (It must be superior to EL84, not just equal. I am not one to want change for the sake of change>)
