Most politicians are clueless about business. Many of them are career politicians, never worked a day in their life in private industry.
DOGE has uncovered massive fraud, including politicians who are getting kickbacks from USAID to their friends and themselves. This is finally being investigated. All these crooks, regardless of political affiliation, need to be purged and investigated.
Having said that, Scott Bessent is very qualified to work with the tariff/tax issues. There are many appointees in government now who are NOT career politicians. They are successful business people, who understand how things work.
I'm willing to give this the benefit of the doubt. We MUST reduce debt, start manufacturing again in America, address the trade deficit.
Again, this should NOT be political.
