We have some transformers made by a US company. But they use materials that are imported.
We have our chassis work done entirely here in town. Our vendors have no idea how much it will cost in the future, since so much of what they do relies on imported materials.
We use tubes. Guess what? No tube producers in the US except Western Electric; tube prices, already driven up by the war in Ukraine, will continue upwards. Semiconductors are going up too.
Resistors, capacitors, solder, even wire is affected.
