That Sansui AUx17 series were good amps. I bought the AU717 when I was selling hifi gear and had my choice of many amp brands. Its sound was clean, and it had front panel controls for days. :)
Sold a boatload of the double number receivers (2020, 6060, 8080, etc., even a few 9090). Waaaay better than the popular Pioneer SX series, which sounded like crap.
It's really too bad that they're not around anymore.
I hope it goes well, and don't screw it up!
