Greetings jeagle;Thank you for posting and sharing your renewed enthusiasm for music, I always get a kick out of someone finding a new piece of equipment that helps restore vigor and passion back into they're listening sessions.
Its always been my impression that the Avantgarde horn speakers are tops when it comes to dynamics with they're high sensitivity yet you feel little loss in this regard, WOW that's quite a feat. And with only 10 watts?I always enjoy reading my HiFi+ or Stereophile reviews on products and it seems to me this line was on the cover of Stereophile some time ago if my recollection serves me, Ill have to go back and read this article as I skipped over it, they sound tremendous.
I bought some wonderful electronics over the last several years and I know what your saying when you refer to those long listening sessions, I'm still as involved with my system today as Ive ever been and its very satisfying to here others are able to find that special synergy in their systems development that gives each owner that rewarding feeling your experiencing right now.
Reading through these posts, for many, Lord knows its not easy..
