You will read the various:
"Wow, this sounds way better than my Deram disc.." posts, and of course our resident snake oil salesman whose geese are all swans, "and availsble here, for only $4.", but the truth is, and let me be one of the firsts to say so, these are made from crappy third generation masters.
They sound it. The sound does not fulfill the potential of redbook, other than their being MC.
THAT is probably why they are already discontinued. They knew there would be a rush, and when the word got out, sales would dry up. Maybe I will be banned form here, too. Telling the truth has its price.
