Much of it is excellent. His all Copland disc and a disc of his own music are both splendid, as are several mentioned below, Mahler and Schumann particularly.In later years both he and his conducting became a caricature. The last movement of his Tchaik 6 is so slow you'd think time itself has ground to a halt.
Stay with the early stuff.
