Most people just use AAC (MP3) and don't care about sound quality.But this was about a year ago, and things may have changed.
So I've had to interpolate - here are my estimates, IIRC:
AIFF takes up 10 times the space of AAC.
AIFF takes up twice the space of ALL.
Therefore, ALL takes up 5 times the space of AAC.
The other thing I would recommend is a pair of high quality ear buds - I have the Shure E5c two-ways and they are amazing.
