Where I've Been | Where I'm At TodayFirst off having looked at your system, the only thing I'd have personally took pride in owning is the Timbre TT-1 DAC ( which I heard locally in a shop in 1994 | as well as a Doctor friends home ) respectively in tandem with a CEC TL-1 | Esoteric D-700 CD Transports.
Not that I'm here to entertain you | nor be your personal clown ( or joke ) yet I view myself as someone whom has been at this for 45 years and have seen and heard most of the most costlier shit out there | so am far from new at this, having developed a keen sense of heading | let's just say I've made like many mistakes along my way | yet through it all became most aware than some.
I've to go with electronics | speakers | cables | isolation footers that I've actually taken to time to buy | listen to as a means of knowing how each reacted to one another | only then coming to understand "'what I like, not others | as I'd give a rats ass about hearing one's thoughts on what in the end has to please me ", it's that really how selecting one's system should work, lest one is clueless and has to follow someone else's lead ( more often than not | similar mistakes if one can't trust in their own hearing abilities ) but here are items of which I've owned | sold as the result of following this thread and daring not to go against the grain | never again, and to imply that it's junk shows you bias towards limiting yourself | mind to only think domestically produced shit the only option we have!, if that was the case ( which it isn't ) why oh why have we had imported gear from Japan | England appearing on these shores as far back as the mid 60?, not everyone feels a sense of ownership in buying overly priced | yet unmusically capable bigger than real life ultra expensive pieces of shit ( fun facf that one ).
Anywho, here's said list to show I'd never been into buying Chinese junk ( of which I don't believe it is, as they're a more educational driven culture than many other than the Japanese | Germans, so are very capable of figuring this cabling shit out, no? ) unless I've taken the time to listen to it before passing judgement | at the end of the day, I've to trust in my ears, not others whom are closed minded to growth, say list of shit I've made the mistake of buying | yet smart enough to have moved on:

What's in your wallet?. As stated I've owned much costlier gear | cables as well as was always one willing to gas up an SUV and hit the road with 2-3 friends to visit shops in other states. So as my inmate system name hints at ( Music | H'ear ) as in if nothing else, I definitely don't second guess what " I hear ", speaking of which I didn't see this power cord in your system:
