I agree with Jon, provided the voltages inside are regulated. Variations in AC line voltage with regulated supply's shouldn't vary then. I have an amp with the same and the service manual says give it a thorough warmup of at least 8 minutes before adjustment.
After adjusting both channels I give it a 2nd check and then let it sit for another 10 or so minutes and triple check
