We have a good non commercial classical/Jazz 24/7 station in Detroit WRCJ 90.9, NPR besides flooding the waves with pro-regressive nonsense does commit a sin of transmitting some good tunes with decent quality from time to time. Also CBC, Canadian broadcasts from other bank of the river have some good programming. I grew up without FM radio at home and had to take a blanket to my old folks stinking of gasoline 2 stroke engine (car) to listen to mono FM (half a winter nights ) so I'm stocking on FM tuners to compensate for that:) Just another weak spot of my psyche...Got Sansui TU9900 lately. couldn't resist the glow of the tuning scale ..
