Hi.We were just discussing audio tweakings in Propellor Head Plaza.
Why don't you click over there & comment as tweaking is off-topic here.It may sound woodoo to many real-measurement die-hards. But before
any valid scientific measurement can made available to support such sonic subject findings, why not leave it alone.Audio is a subjective hobby. Period. To many, it is a bigtime grey area whereby real measurements by instrumentation available todate is not good enough to validate AND invaliddate such sonic findings.
A very simple everyday situaition, tell me what THD & IMD tell you about the sound of an amp? How come a 5% THD 45SE amp W/O NFB can sound so much better than many SS amp that measure thousand times better?
There must be some science there we are yet to explore & comprehend.
Likewise, I would also call you a self-appointed expert as you already sentence those authors as "often don't know Kirchoff's laws".
How do you know they are not Ph.Ds?c-J
PS: the NASA webite should get http:// in front of it.
Also you can talk to Jeff Feller, the head guy: Jeffrey.R.Feller@nasa.gov
