No problems, just use caution and common sense

I have been custom building loudspeakers and amplifiers for some time and obviusly have had to address the issues of mounting large capacitors to circuit boards, MDF and other methods within tube amplifiers.

You can use hot glue as it does not harm the capacitor or inductors in crossovers. I would then use strong zip ties to secure the pieces for handling in shipping. The key is "NOT TOO TIGHT". Just snug enough to keep pieces from breaking off and taking leads and solder joints with it.

If you overtighten the ties, especially with Teflon capacitors, there is the possibility of damage to the foils. Go ahead with the zip-ties, just don't be a hee-man.
