Thanks, I'm really learning a lot here.I guess "low" Rp is relative.
I was intending to use my 46 (Rp = 2380 ohm at around 20mA) but if I need something even lower, I always have my 12B4A with an Rp of around 1Kohm which can also pass a fair bit of current. Both are low mu valves.
