So tell us how many L's and how many Cs, given that it is 'public knowledge'. I can only state what I see from the picture, which suggests that there are two Cs and an uknown number of Ls.

I'm NOT critizing the design or stating that it doesn't sound good. But it DOES use a tube rectifier, which does seem to defeat the purpose of a low DCR power transformer (which is what started this thread).

So maybe the Cs and the DCR and value of the Ls are what's critical, and not the power transformer DCR, given that Dennis's design is using a tube rectifier.
