Turns per volt acceptable for 400hz would be dramaticaly too few at 50hz or 60hz.

You could calculate back.

Turns per volt is determined as

N = (E X 10 to pwr 8)/4.44fBA

B= flux density
A=area of core SQin.

You would have to run the formula for 400hz snd then again for your frequency to see how it affects N.

If you don't know B try 64,500

If you wanted to reverse engineer the transformer you can determine B, knowing all the other factors.
