Hi.Hammond got some, with HV winding down to 2 ohms something.
But don't overlook the ampacity. Low DCR HV winding is done by high current FULL load rating.
So for lower current loading, make sure the PS can take care the excessive HV as voltage regulation is linearly proportional to the current loading.
