Hello,Nine is even WORSE than six, all that extra wiring and mis-matches add up....far far far from ideal sir. I am not disputing nine won't work, it just will NEVER be able to be the BEST possible sonic implementation.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to do it right the first time, and enjoy it, rather than listen to second best implementations all your life?? Soooo, I am talking of the best ways to do it, for best all-out performance, like a car race.
Re: the 1.5 K ohm Type 45's Rk,........ the BEST sound will be two Mills MRA-12s in parallel, 3.0K value, matched to 1/10th of 1%, so order extra Rs for matching. Mike Percy can ship Mills Rs to the UK.
