Paralleling resistors for sonic advantage is nothing new - in general, lowering the current density in a resistor lowers the noise, and paralleling parts is one means to this end. Simply using higher power ratings than required (a 2W where a 1/2W would suffice) is likewise advantageous. In some AR equipment I've worked with, I'm pretty sure I can recall as many as 4X 3W devices in parallel, where a single 1/2W would have sufficed - and these were Roderstein Resista parts, to boot.
Point is, the Caddock parts are SO inherently quiet and stable, that using them in parallel seems to be a bit of overkill - especially in light of their high cost. There are probably better places to spend your money, imho.
But obviously, do what you will.
