I figured. But as one of the tape gurus around here, You stand a chance of newbies saying, "Hey, Victor Khomenko uses Ampex 456. Maybe we ought to try some. It's certainly cheap enough,"

I'm a fan of SM468 too. Don't dismiss SM900 though -- even Chad's tapes are on SM900. I love it. Not cheap though.
