Re: Paypal being abused?

The first is a bit clever. One must indeed link one's account to the PayPal account to be verified. However, I never remember an email from them on the topic, they just urge me to do so as I pay for something with a credit card.

The second should have been caught by your firewall and/or virus software.

The third has become a greater problem than in the past. PayPal is aware of the issues people have and claim (like Hans Solo "Its not my fault!!!")
