All are phishing scams. Actually had one get me through paypal here a while back when I was doing a lot of buying and resetting my passwords, etc... emptied the bank acct (was covered by the bank, so that was good). They were from Belgium and the transactions they did at a bank in Belgium didn't show up for a week. I'm always real, real cautious, but dropped the ball on this one through a second of lapsed reasoning. Do I feel stupid.
