Look for the consistent negative rate

I took a look at this seller. Anyone with that number of transactions will get some negatives, although he seems to get them fairly consistently. That would be a red flag for me. I did get a kick out of one negative feedback he got - he described a purse as dark pink, and got negative feedback from the buyer because the purse was brown. He complained about the feedback too in a response...
These days I figure that it is my duty to leave negative feedback when a seller deserves it. I've done it three times, in each case for not having received the item I paid for. I have gotten one neutral retaliatory feedback for it, but I don't think that anyone will look at my feedback record and decide they don't want to do business with me because of a couple of retaliatory feedbacks. By the way, my expereince buying mainly classical lps on e-bay continues to be quite positive. On the whole, the grading from many e-bay sellers has been more accurate than from some conventional sellers.
