Many people echo your comments regarding DC on the DHT filaments. I have a question - only a little off topic - what type of regulated DC have you tried? Current reg vs. voltage reg.? Also, have you tried filament chokes.Your input is helpful, as I was planning using a Tent current regulated supply on 2.5 fils (I am open to options though) to minimise any noise; I would be interested in your thoughs. Hmmm, maybe I should save a few $$$ and just go AC as my fils are pretty low V?
