I have found next to no variation to date. It makes life very boring in one respect. A word to the wise however; don't push at the limits of the op amp, be conservative and you will be rewarded with consistency and low repairs.
I have observed that JRM voltage regulators are definetly noiser than the comparable National Semiconductor, or ON (Motorola) voltage regulators.
