Well, that one I can answer :)

If we hypothesize that each tweak takes away 2% of what's wrong, that means that it leaves 98%, or .98 of what you don't want.

So, then, your "score" with 50 tweaks would not be 100%-2%*50, it would be .98^50 x 100 (to convert to percent. So you'd have about 36% of what you didn't want left. :p
