If you strike a cable lying on the floor with a baseball bat, you are delivering a sudden powerful and brief compressive force on that cable.That would be no different than putting that cable in a vice or clamp and squeezing the hell out of it. Simply standing on a cable has a similar effect.
Are you telling me that a putting compressive force on a copper conductor has a microphonic effect? We should then be able to put a speaker cable, Microphone cable, phono cable etc. OR ANY CONDUCTOR in a vice and SQUEEZE the shit out of it and measure or hear a change. As the pressure increases you should hear a varying but correlated audible response.
Excuse me now, I‘ve spent enough time in Risch’s La-La-Cable-Land-Universe and prefer to deal with reality.
