Ahhh...the ESP-9's. I had a pair back in the early 70's. Wonderful headphones. Alas, they were stolen (the idiots took the headphones, but not the power supply, so they were usless to them). The Pro4 series is a very good headphone. I'm not sure of the current designation, but they are still being made. Fairly heavy isolated type, but very flat. I still have a pair of the Pro4AA from many years ago, and havent felt the need to replace them with anything else. They sound very similar to my equalized horn system in my living room.
