You may have something crossfiled. I wish I knew a little more about os9, and could have you reconfigure the directory , with precise instructions.I suspect that :
One, you may still need more allocatable RAM...but it is unlikely.
Two. a conflict with another audio workstation program,
or 3, The temperture of your processor is unusually high, and the "Pipe Flow" is getting confused, and bunching up, somewhere.Can you play a really high tech game?? Something very processor taxing?
See if you can burn a CD, while downloading an MP3, while printing, and talking on the web phone, and lastly playing a DVD at the same time.
I can do it on a 400, and it runs DAMN hot.
See if you can run 5 apps at the same time. If you can, then the processor is no problem. Other than that, maybe reformat, ( after backing up) and see if the problem drops away.
