I'd do it one of two ways, use 3 mics in front of choir L-C-R, then a mic for the soloists. Or depending on how wide the choir formation 2-mics in the center in the X-Y configuration, and then the soloists mics. You'll have better luck balancing the choir vs. the solosists vs. the band, I've had good luck doing it both ways with great results.
