Greetings,Thank you for good advice. It is perfect. Amps with paralel Neutrik option are definitely an advantage. I do have that option.
Yes, four wires, 14 gauge each, in 2 x 2 configuration would give me an equivalent of 11 gauge on each pole, "+" and "-". In addition to that, my only remaining consideration is whether to use cable that, in addition to 4 wires of 14 gauge, has an outer shield of copper mesh and leave that shield untied to anything? I have red on Neutrik Web page that they do recommend 4-wire ("twisted pair") arrangement, but they did not mention anything whether to have a cable with or without outer copper shield. Also, Neutrik recommends for its 4-pin input an arrangement which uses one wire only for "+" and two wires for "-", with fourth wire left unconnected to anything. That sort of puzzled me.
Sure, I got to check what the output Neutrik-r of the amplifier setup looks like. No matter what, even if the output of the amplifier states that only its two pins are used, while outher two are not, I shall put two 14 gauge wires from the cable on each of the used pins, so that cable is indeed 2x2. As for the Neutrik-t on the input to the bass horn, I could plug the amp cable into it, and than use 2x2 arrangement from input Neutrik to two speaker terminals.
