Huh? You left out errors in the disc itself, most of which are produced by the cutter head.
I've measured the touted Cardas sweep record with 7 different catridges, (using Cool Edit, Lynx TWO card @ 24 bits and 192K) and one thing all the measurements have in common is a rise starting at ~10K, peaking ~13K, and rapidly declining to a shelf of about -5 dB below reference level above that.
Most of the cartridges, (including some highly touted MC's) gently roll off in the shelf region.
Noise is also a big problem in getting accurate vinyl measurments. The Cardas sweep record isn't particularly quiet, at least my copy.
