I don't think the Nucleus supports Wifi - I could be wrong so double check. But all you need is one run of Ethernet cable from the Nucleus to your router. If this isn't a viable option, the Mac Mini (as you already mentioned) will run Roon and serve up your music over Wifi with no physical Ethernet connection.
