1) mod the M-audio or SB to have a BCN output (think I've seen it done for the SB)2) use appropriate adapters at the end of the cable (somebody does make a RCA to BNC adapter)
3) reterminate the cable as needed or get a new one altogether with the appropriate terminations so no adapters are being used
If you have a BNC to BNC cable you like (assuming that's what you have), and have an investment in, any future expense in getting this done might be best spent in having a BNC installed on the SB since that termination is supposedly better.
