Wonderful glamorous apartment but, Not for music! Most of your wall & floor surfaces are very reflective...Adding bright echoes to you music...The floors are very beautiful ,but large throw rugs will do wonders to tame you very bright rooms. [try blankets on floor, as test, in front of speaker area]
Exposed Brick walls are better than painted, unless they have been glassed. Rugs hung on walls as art, again tame a reverberant rooms...
