There have been many happy posters using the S30 with Reference 3a DeCapo's, so I took the liberty of looking up your speakers on the Reference website. Per the website, the master reference control(who thinks up these names anyway?) is listed at 92db sens. with a flat 8 ohm impedence, similar to the Decapo's. If so they should do just fine with the S30. The only speaker of their's that has a 4 ohm impedence is the Suprema which is a Royal Master mated to a passive subwoofer, dropping the impedence to 4 ohms.
