Hi All,From my understanding, the guy at Classic Audio is supposed to be an OEM manufacturer and supply the Lowther drive units in finished cabinets. He is NOT supposed to be the distributor for Lowther drivers in the USA, that position is taken by Tony Glynn of Lowther America. Someone please correct me if I am wrong on this.
OTOH, Lowthers are expensive and if Classic Audio can offer them this cheap, why can't Lowther America? I do not have any idea of wholesale vs. retail price, I do know that the prices in England are pretty expensive also.
Keep an eye out on Ebay for Lowthers, also the Single Driver Website (below) has a For Sale/Wanted page on which Lowthers sometimes appear.
