on O.B., was extension to near 16k (though weak). After a lengthy period of three diff tweeters for eval, picked one and settled on a 9.5k high pass. Enjoyed them for two years as a quasi full range/two way. On a lark, picked up some other vintage alnico's to try. Naturally wanted to go up only one rung (to ten inchers), but .... got the twelves cheap. Still using/running them full range (clean/clear to 10k), cept tweet comes in a bit lower now (7.6k). After only a week, am mighty stoked. In my small room, simple/minimal really delivers for me.
