I'm observing your progress with interest, especially now that I see your crossing points will be something like 1200 and 80Hz. A non-HE fan might think that using a big driver down to 100Hz (ish) is a waste*, but I think it can sometimes be a good trade-off.
I'm building something kinda similar, crossover points will (depending on how I set up the amplification) probably be at 1500Hz and 100Hz.
*if you were proud of the bass output of your system 'cos it had dual 5" woofers each channel, then the concept of using a 15" as a midbass would seem somewhat... eccentric.
